Learn the techniques for making tantalizing handcrafted chicken shumai dim sum filled with vinegared onions in homemade wrappers. Then, try your hand at preparing authentic tofu and mushroom wontons featuring earthy field mushrooms, finished with an umami teriyaki glaze. For dessert, you'll channel your inner pastry chef as you craft indulgent chocolate rolls filled with assorted nuts and rich crème fraiche.

My husband and I had a really fun time at this class! The instructions were easy to follow and Chef Akshay is such a humble and down to earth guy. We had a blast and would definitely do more classes with Chef Akshay in the future. The food was also absolutely delicious and we will definitely be attempting to recreate the menu at home. Overall, a wonderful experience!
