Master French cooking techniques to impress everyone at your next dinner party.

Join Chef Burcu for fun and engaging cooking classes focused on the art of French cuisine. You'll learn traditional techniques for preparing authentic Parisian recipes.

Start by whipping up a cheese soufflé using butter, Parmesan cheese and milk. Next is a classic chicken in a Dijon mustard sauce accented with coriander, tarragon and garlic. You'll also prepare a marinated red cabbage salad using red cabbage, red wine vinegar, pine nuts and raisins. Dessert is a classic creme brûlée with a caramelized sugar top to crack into.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Educated in the arts of French cuisine, chocolate confection and cake design, she has held positions as a food server, chef and executive chef in restaurants and hotels across Turkey and Canada — she has even owned a pasta-making company. Chef Burcu specializes in French and Mediterranean cuisine and is excited to share her knowledge and skills as a culinary instructor.

Chef Burcu’s class was so organized. When we arrived, everything was ready for us. She explained the process, gave helpful hints, and tips. She provided a relaxed and interactive environment to have fun, chat with the others, and learn a new dish. Of course, sitting down to a nice meal at the end of the session was the best part. I highly recommend her whether you are a beginner or a practiced cook.
