When we arrived we did not know what to expect. But Chef Vinu was very welcoming and accommodating. She was very thorough in explaining the recipes and everything was good and spicy. Hope to do it again really soon.

Had a wonderful experience. This class was very helpful in taking a cuisine that has always seemed challenging to me and making it more accessible, including things like where to get various ingredients and what to substitute if you can't find them. Chef Vinutha is friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate, and explains not just the "how" but also the "why" of the cooking process. And it turns out she had worked at one of my favourite Thai restaurants, and the curry we made together turned out very delicious, just like theirs :)
