We had a wonderful experience with Chef Simone! He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and patient. All 3 ravioli dishes we made were absolutely delicious and we hope to make them again. I highly recommend his cooking class to others :)

The class was great. Chef Simone is a good teacher and made the whole experience excellent. I highly recommend Simone and his class. On top of a great class, the food was phenomenal.

Great experience and a fantastic chef. Lots of fun conversation and learning! Estra suited as simone is italian and it was an italian dinner. great professionalism, prompt and courteous. Highly recommend!
