What You’ll Do

Give classic Mexican dishes a bit of an indulgent twist.

Elevate your taco night with the recipes in this hands-on cooking class. Master the authentic flavors and fresh ingredients with the help of Chef Justin.

You'll begin by turning charred corn and Cotija cheese into an esquites dip, paired with chipotle-lime aioli and served with corn tortilla chips. Next, make a refreshing ceviche with ahi tuna flavored with Mezcal and ginger. Cook savory birria tacos with chili braised beef in corn tortillas topped with salsa verde and onions. A decadent tres leche cake topped with whipped cream serves as a dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

A unique, delicious experience and a great date night! We had a great evening with chef Justin. He was engaging, educational, and a true professional. Not to mention, everything was absolutely delicious. He was such a great instructor that we ended up making the meal the next week ourselves. 5/5 — would recommend to anyone looking for a unique experience and a fantastic date night!

This was a gift for my parents for Christmas and we had such a great time. The meal was delicious and Justin was amazing - knowledgeable and fun to be around. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone who wants to have a fantastic night with great food.
