Join Chef Bradley for this cooking class designed to blend time-honored techniques with modern approaches. You'll learn how to prepare a variety of authentic recipes. Start with a mushroom-sage tomato cream crostini. Your main entrée is sage balsamic chicken and chorizo sausage paired with a side of crispy garlic potato rosti with herbed ricotta. Dessert is a sweet chocolate espresso tiramisu prepared with ladyfingers, mascarpone and espresso.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
