Explore the versatility of handmade pasta with this chef-led lesson
By the end of this hands-on cooking class, you’ll be making ravioli like a pro with fresh pasta dough and enticing flavor combinations. Following a demonstration from the chef, you will mix, knead, roll and shape your pasta. Fill your ravioli with creamy butternut squash finished with a drizzle of sage lemon butter and tender chicken with bright tomato basil sauce. Once your pasta is complete, enjoy your creations as part of a vibrant Italian feast.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
