Experience the bold and inviting flavors of Yucatán food in a fully hands-on cooking class led by top-rated Chef Luis. Using his expert knowledge, you'll learn how to meld the spices and ingredients of Yucatán cuisine. You'll start with the tuna ceviche paired with cucumbers, radishes, tortilla ashes and spicy habaneros before learning how to create a Yucatán style fried tortilla called a vegetarian salbut. Remember to keep room for dessert, which is caballeros pobres with English cream. This is the Yucatán style of the classic French toast.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
