Add original, homemade Italian dishes to your home cooking in this class by Chef Roy.

Experience flavorful and authentic Italian dishes in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Roy will walk you through creating traditional dishes from the Italian region.

Begin by preparing a crispy garlic Parmesan crostini on a French baguette, layered with fresh olives and cream cheese. Next, craft homemade gnocchi all'Arrabiata with juicy tomatoes, onions, vegetable stock and spicy chili flakes. Assemble a refreshing salad with balsamic vinegar and olive oil before creating dark chocolate brownies served with Kahlúa whipped cream for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
