Mix and prepare Indian street chaats followed by traditional tikkas marinated in homemade spices and cashew yogurt marinade. Learn how kashmiri pulao and Indian bread are made before preparing chicken curry and spiced potatoes. For dessert, Chef Sakshi will teach you how to make syrupy gulab jamun and ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

She found herself inspired by how food can tell a story and convey cultural ideas, and therefore bring people together. As head chef at her own Indian curry restaurant, she now continues to share her love and passion for Indian cuisine.
