Learn how to make popular Korean dishes with the help of Chef Paul.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Paul will teach you how to compose Korean-inspired dishes at home featuring traditional ingredients. Discover the signature flavors and textures of Korean cooking while practicing a range of culinary skills.

Begin with a crunchy appetizer of fried ramen noodles before learning how to make classic gimbap, a beloved snack of rice and fillings wrapped in seaweed. For the main course, prepare a colorful bibimbap with beef, egg, vegetables and gochujang sauce. Dessert is a sweet and savory croissant and waffle hybrid, the crowaffle.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

He is a talented sushi chef and master of Korean BBQ, with a flair for crafting dishes that are both traditional yet delightfully modern. Chef Paul currently runs his own restaurant, but has also worked as a restaurant manager and private chef. Now, he's eager to share his knowledge and skill with you.

Chef Paul is great! Excellent service and the food was delicious. He also provided lots of tips and advice about where to get the best ingredients and the kitchen utensils. All in all an awesome experience.

We had an awesome evening with Chef Paul! He was very personable, a great instructor with local knowledge, and we all walked away fully satiated with some extra kitchen techniques in our arsenal. I really appreciated being able to try and learning how to cook Korean around my sesame allergy. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing cooking class with Chef Paul in Calgary! Learned to make Gimbap and Bibimbap—both delicious and fun to create. He gave great demos, let everyone try, and even taught us the famous julienne cut. As a vegetarian, I really appreciated how he accommodated me. His passion and teaching style made it a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!
