Learn how to make popular Korean dishes with the help of Chef Paul.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Paul will teach you how to compose Korean-inspired dishes at home featuring traditional ingredients. Discover the signature flavors and textures of Korean cooking while practicing a range of culinary skills.

Begin with a crunchy appetizer of fried ramen noodles before learning how to make classic gimbap, a beloved snack of rice and fillings wrapped in seaweed. For the main course, prepare a colorful bibimbap with beef, egg, vegetables and gochujang sauce. Dessert is a sweet and savory croissant and waffle hybrid, the crowaffle.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

He is a talented sushi chef and master of Korean BBQ, with a flair for crafting dishes that are both traditional yet delightfully modern. Chef Paul currently runs his own restaurant, but has also worked as a restaurant manager and private chef. Now, he's eager to share his knowledge and skill with you.

Really fun class with delicious Korean food. We did this with our kids (11, 13 and 14) and they all really loved it. Yum yum yum

We had such a great experience with Chef Paul. He really took the time to teach us some cooking skills and then we also got to practice ourselves. He was very patient and very knowledgeable. We really had a good time and looking forward to taking more classes with him.

I recently had a cooking class with Chef Paul, and the entire experience was awesome. We learned about Korean favourites; ramen ttang, gimbap and bibimbap. He was very informative about Korean culture and traditions, providing education on their cuisine along with similarities and differences between other Asian countries. It was a very interactive class with lots of hands-on participation. I plan to invite Chef Paul for a private dinner event in the future and will be recommending his classes to friends. Thank you again for the great experience!
