Create a selection of savory and sweet Italian comfort foods that are sure to satisfy.

Bring the flavors of authentic Italian cuisine to life with guidance from Chef Leroy in this hands-on cooking class. You'll learn time-honored techniques for assembling a spectacular meal that blends contemporary flair with Old World tradition.

The dishes you'll prepare include caprese skewers featuring heirloom cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and mozzarella, traditional beef spiedini kebabs served in a spicy tomato sauce, and an entrée of vincisgrassi, a layered dish made with meat, vegetables, red wine and pasta. A touch of sweetness awaits you for dessert with a batch of classic cannoli.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The cake was really soft and moist even if consumed the next day refrigerating it overnight. The decorations were beautiful. Love the chocolate shards. The cake had a really great height and evenly distribution of the frosting. Love it completely. Also got a happy birthday topper and candles free with the cake which was above and beyond gesture by the owner. Will highly recommend to all my friends to place orders with them.

Leroy is very nice person and his work is great.He gave the sample cake drawing and made that sample to reality.Cake is delicious and it’s very moist next day as well.Leroy is very flexible and his prices are also affordable.Thank you Leroy for beautiful cake and I’m waiting to order for my next event.
