What You’ll Do

Get a no-frills introduction to Thai cooking with the help of seasoned Chef Gun.

In this interactive cooking class with Chef Gun, you'll learn to make a few simple Thai dishes from scratch. These dishes are full of flavor and spices and yet are painless to prepare.

Begin by preparing crispy Thai-style pork toasts, a snack-able dish that's lightly fried in oil. Then, learn to make a comforting Thai homestyle egg roll salad, a dish inspired by traditional Thai flavors and ingredients. To wrap up your meal on a sweet note, prepare a delectable dish of bananas poached in coconut milk.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had so much fun doing this class! Chef Gun is a very friendly, funny, and talented chef. We’re definitely going to replicate these meals in the future! Highly recommend this class, we had a blast :)

It was a pleasure to have Chef Gun in our home for dinner. He was punctual, clear with communication, and knowledgeable of the cuisine and techniques. We had a really fun evening and would recommend his classes if you hope to learn about and explore Thai flavours! Delicious!
