This hands-on cooking class introduces home chefs to the uncomplicated world of Thai cooking done right. Traditional comfort food, desserts and condiments are explored as Chef Gun shows you how to satisfy your sweet tooth and calm salty cravings.

Begin by preparing a small plate of Thai-style pork toast and shallot relish dressing, perfect for pleasing peckish guests at any occasion. Then, roll and stuff your own homemade egg rolls for a flavor-packed salad that's a favorite in Thailand. Finally, complete your meal with a perfectly sweet, poached banana and coconut milk dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Gun is great, would highly recommend! He is so knowledgable and we really enjoyed his class, Learned lots of techniques we've been able to implement in our daily meals. Overall 10/10 experience!!

It was a pleasure to have Chef Gun in our home for dinner. He was punctual, clear with communication, and knowledgeable of the cuisine and techniques. We had a really fun evening and would recommend his classes if you hope to learn about and explore Thai flavours! Delicious!
