You'll begin your elegant Italian menu by learning to make a perfect wild mushroom risotto. Next, you'll prepare a simple yet delicious pasta dish with olive oil, garlic, and parmesan. Then, you'll learn to make chicken piccata with zesty lemon and tangy capers. For dessert, you'll prepare and enjoy a decadent tiramisu.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
