Cooking Class - Homemade Thai Cuisine
Cooking Class - Homemade Thai Cuisine
Discover how simple it is to create your favorite Thai dishes at home.
Join Chef John in this hands-on class as he shares a handful of authentic dishes he mastered following his travels to Thailand, and learn several smart cooking techniques along the way.
Begin your spicy journey through Thailand by learning how to prepare satay and curry paste from scratch, then make chiang mai larb, a peppery minced salad, and pork satay with a cucumber-onion relish. Next, prepare the ever-popular pad Thai with shrimp, and green chicken curry bursting with flavor. For dessert, you'll make tangy charred pineapple and creamy coconut ice cream.
Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.
