In this engaging cooking class, you’ll discover how to create a stress-free, make-ahead menu that’s perfect for entertaining. You'll learn how to effortlessly prepare a casual dinner party that’s ideal for gathering with friends.
The three-course menu kicks off with a vibrant arugula, fennel, and fresh herb salad with a homemade vinaigrette. Next, you’ll master the art of working with phyllo pastry, using it to wrap chicken stuffed with goat cheese, leeks, and roasted garlic. For dessert, you'll craft a decadent molten chocolate cake that’s sure to impress your guests and leave them craving more.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Karen, who attended Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts and previously ran a prepared meals company and catering business, has been crafting incredible fare for her clients for almost 20 years. As a private chef and instructor, she stresses that, “great cooking isn’t about recipes — it’s about techniques.” Chef Karen strives to make her cooking classes and team building events a fun and hands-on way to bond while acquiring new skills.
