I recently had the pleasure of attending a Korean cooking class with Chef Paul, and it was an incredible experience! We made delicious Korean fried chicken and Korean fish-shaped pancakes for dessert. Chef Paul was extremely knowledgeable and had a warm, inviting aura that immediately put me at ease. I was initially a little anxious about doing a private cooking class in someone's home, but Chef Paul created a safe and pleasant environment that made the experience truly enjoyable. He was an excellent teacher, explaining everything clearly and making the class both educational and fun. I recently had a cooking class with Chef Paul, and the entire experience was awesome. We learned about Korean favourites; ramen ttang, gimbap and bibimbap. He was very informative about Korean culture and traditions, providing education on their cuisine along with similarities and differences between other Asian countries. It was a very interactive class with lots of hands-on participation. I plan to invite Chef Paul for a private dinner event in the future and will be recommending his classes to friends. Thank you again for the great experience!

We had a great evening with Chef Levi and enjoyed a wonderful French cuisine! The choice we had over how "hands on" we wanted to be during the lesson was much appreciated and we were both instructed and entertained. Chef Levi is very personable and an outstanding chef! The meal was delicious and it's nice to feel like it's something we could successfully prepare on our own with familiar ingredients. I would recommend Chef Levi to anyone looking for a fun cooking lesson and a great meal!

First time ever taking a cooking class and it was just an awesome experience. Chef Paul showed us everything we needed to know about how to make fresh and delicious sushi as well as little tips here and there to spot what good sushi should look like. His fun and interactive personality is really what makes it 5 stars for me. He shows genuine love for what he does and keeps in contact with his customers to give ingredient tips or just to talk about food! Overall I would do this again and look into more classes but I would never do it unless it was Chef Paul. Highly Recommended if your doing a gift or date night!
