She was so easy to talk to and guided us throughout the whole day and even prepared a few special side dishes along the way as well. Chef Maggie was AMAZING! We had such a fantastic time with her at our home. The food was incredible, and we learned so much—from chopping techniques to vegan cooking tips and even creative ways to use leftovers. Speaking of which, we have so many leftovers and can’t wait to enjoy them tomorrow when we’re not as full! We had such a fun time at Chef Eddie’s dumpling class! My husband and I made dumplings from scratch for the first time, and Eddie was super encouraging, upbeat, and helpful the whole way through. The dumplings turned out delicious, and he even topped off the meal with his homemade braised pork belly and dessert—such a nice touch! The whole experience felt really homey and relaxed, with a small, intimate group that made it even better. Would definitely recommend for a date night, friend hangout, or even a team bonding activity. Can’t recommend this class enough!!!

Such a fun night! Chef Eddie was an amazing teacher, giving detailed instructions plus individual feedback and recommendations to everyone who attended. He also taught us a ton about soy sauces and how to mix different ingredients together to make the perfect dumpling dipping sauce. And of course all the food was exceptionally delicious. Daniel hosted a fantastic class. The salad was inspired, hand-making the pasta was incredibly rewarding, and everything tasted fantastic. The class was excellent. Both in terms of how clear and easy to follow the instructions were, value for money and how well the recipes turned out. Yes, I know that in this age and times, you have plenty of resources to learn anything, especially cooking, but nothing beats the experience of doing it by yourself, handling the ingredients, mixing up things and creating an Instagram worthy, restaurant quality masterpiece. Chef Shameem (I hope I am not mixing up her name) was excellent with her clear instructions and also kept a watchful eye on everyone to make sure the fine line between a great creation and also-ran is not crossed. Overall experience: Great!

WOW!!!! Where do I even begin… First, the class took place in the chefs private home which was incredibly warm and welcoming. The space was very clean and tidy, and chef was so welcoming and professional! The class itself began with a quick snack, compliments of the chef, which was tasty and set the tone for the rest of the time there! From there, we got right into the chopping and cooking, and I literally found myself jumping in place from the excitement of mixing and cooking. She was very clear and concise in her explanations, and very welcoming in our own style of cooking however that presented.. In her words, since I kept saying sorry for my terrible chopping skills, “There is no sorry in this class. You cook and have fun.. That’s all that matters.” I never for a moment felt rushed, or as if I was doing anything wrong. All questions were welcomed and answered, and of course, the food tasted absolutely amazing!! My partner and I were so pleased and so grateful for this wonderful experience, and will be returning for more classes! Thank you, Chef!!!

Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed Chef Parsati's class. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about cooking, cultures and traveling and we spent a good amount of time getting to know each other. Her home was very warm and welcoming and we felt like we truly made a home-made meal because the chef made it seem so easy and healthy. Additionally, she offered tips on how to substitute some aspects of the meal as well as what cookware to use. Overall a lovely experience and would highly recommend to anyone!

Maggie was such a fantastic teacher and made amazingly flavorful food for us! I don't usually expect delicious Vegan European food, but this surpassed all my expectations. My favorite dish of the night was the ratatouille with each flavor note standing out beautifully and paired perfectly with a simple baked potato topped with hollandaise sauce. Yum! The best part was that all the dishes being so simple and healthy, are easily replicable any other time at home. We definitely learned a lot and cannot recommend her enough! Truly a wonderful birthday surprise!
