The vibrant flavours of Asia fused with global ingredients provide a gourmet private chef experience.

Enjoy sophisticated Asian fusion fare as Chef Lisa prepares and serves three decadent courses. Start with crispy vegetable rolls and a lime sweet chili dipping sauce. Next, try pan-seared ahi tuna with a delicate furikake crust, Asian ginger dressing and refreshing seaweed salad. Jasmine rice and seared vegetables complement your main course. For dessert, sink your spoon into coconut and lemongrass panna cotta with a mango coulis.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We were lucky enough to have Lisa be our private chef on our Caribbean charter. She provided an amazing onboard experience. Using only the freshest ingredients and highlighting local seafoods and fruits, Lisa created meals we will always remember. Always on time, always attentive to our every need as guests, I would recommend Lisa without hesitation. Her years in the BVI have given her a unique understanding of Jamaican and Caribbean cooking which she shares in her cooking classes tailored in these themes - with her, we learned to make yummy food in such fun environment - thanks Lisa!!
