Let Chef Lisa be your guide to creating fresh-from-scratch Mediterranean cuisine.

Chef Lisa's immersive cooking class provides you with the unique opportunity to create and enjoy a handmade seaside feast. Using fresh ingredients and learning smart cooking techniques, you'll start by crafting colorful prosciutto and melon ball skewers.

Next, learn how to make linguine zucchini noodles, which you'll toss in a pistachio pesto sauce topped with jumbo prawns. Crisp panko crumb-Parmesan lace wafers infused with vermouth are next, followed by delicate filo filled with berries, soft toffee and Chantilly cream. Chef Lisa will provide step-by-step guidance throughout class.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We were lucky enough to have Lisa be our private chef on our Caribbean charter. She provided an amazing onboard experience. Using only the freshest ingredients and highlighting local seafoods and fruits, Lisa created meals we will always remember. Always on time, always attentive to our every need as guests, I would recommend Lisa without hesitation. Her years in the BVI have given her a unique understanding of Jamaican and Caribbean cooking which she shares in her cooking classes tailored in these themes - with her, we learned to make yummy food in such fun environment - thanks Lisa!!
