Sample a taste of royal India with Chef Japvir, who will guide you in recreating the cuisine of the maharajas. You'll discover the origins of these royal recipes and the importance of spices in Indian cooking while preparing a feast.

Begin by marinating chicken kebabs in a creamy cardamom sauce, then grilling them over charcoal and serving alongside a cooling raita. Next, you'll master biryani, a spiced rice with vegetables, lamb or chicken. Lastly, learn to make shahi tukra — bread steeped in saffron cream and sprinkled with toasted nuts.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
