Handcraft the brunch of your dreams in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Japvir. The four-course menu features fresh ingredients and everything you could want in a rich and savory brunch.

Begin by preparing mushrooms for a warming soup with double cream and thyme. Then, learn how to perfectly poach eggs for a Benedict with peppery arugula and lemony hollandaise sauce, and bake salmon in parcels served with roasted potatoes and zucchini noodles. For a sweet ending to brunch, Chef Japvir will show you how to cook a classic Spanish dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
