This was an amazing class! We had a bigger group and Chef Ivan was very accommodating when we had to change the number of people last minute. The chef was very thorough in his instruction and it was so fun to use the various pasta making contraptions. We also learned some knife skills and how to make a great pesto (genovese!) loved the dining atmosphere as well. Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I celebrated our anniversary with chef Michael. It was so much fun and interactive! Food came out great and we took home some new tips :) thanks Chef Michael for the experience! 10/10 recommend!

Chef Denis was an absolute blast to learn from! He was so kind and patient and walked us through every little detail. He also showed us different cooking and plating techniques to try when we're cooking on our own. He has so many great stories and recipes from his many years of experience. Our Vietnamese meal was delicious and we cannot wait to try and recreate it. Can't wait to see Chef Denis again for another meal soon!
