Please join me in my cozy loft for one of my popular vegan cooking classes. The type of cuisine for the classes varies depending on any particular week. Please see the menu section for details on each class.

All classes are hands-on where we cook together and then sit down to eat the food we have prepared.

We use the highest quality, fresh, local, seasonal and organic ingredients to create delightful, tasty and nutritious cuisine. I make my own homemade tempeh, tofu, noodles of various kinds, coconut milk and thai curry pastes.
