Outstanding experience—beyond being a very informative class in which I learned many ways to improve my Indian cooking, it was just nice to sit around and talk with everyone so joyfully over a delicious meal. We made a lot of dishes and all the flavors complemented each other wonderfully.

We had a wonderful time at Chef Shailini's Indian food cooking class! She made her home a very welcoming experience with great stories, nice China, and thoughtful snacks. The food was incredible -- we were so happy to enjoy such a flavorful meal. Definitely recommend!
