Melissa is extremely talented and knowledgeable about her craft. Her passion shines through in the intimate setting at her home. She welcomed us with open arms and shared her inspiring story about her life and journey as a chef. It was inspiring and fun to share stories before diving into the hands on lesson. I’m not a cook and was intimidated upon arriving but she made it all easy and fun. We met another awesome couple and shared a lot of laughs. We will do this again.

Amazing course. We had a mix bag of guests attend with families, date night couples, and solo adventurers and the course was perfect for all. Chef Shailini brings delicious recipes and takes the time to explain/demonstrate each step of the baking process to continuously engage the crowd. On top of that, Chef Shailini creates a warm, familial environment in which we all sat around her own dining room table, ate the delicious food we made, and shared stories as a group. Couldn't ask for a better way to spend a cold January evening, 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

Chef Lisa was a terrific instructor. She was warm, inviting, and patient. She imparted her wealth of knowledge in ways that were readily understandable and digestible. My 11yo daughter felt engaged the entire time (and class ran longer than anticipated - in a good way). The output of the lesson were utterly delicious macarons and macaroons. We can’t wait to bake our own at home. I would t hesitate to take another class with Chef Lisa!!!
